Due to a higher content of chemicals in perfumes and artificial fragrances, we ask you to refrain from using any on the day that you are visiting the clinic. This is in consideration to many of our clients that are struggling with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity).
MCS symptoms commonly include difficulty breathing, sleeping and/or concentrating, memory loss, migraines, nausea, abdominal pain, chronic fatigue, aching joints and muscles, and irritated eyes, nose, ears, throat and/or skin. Some have quite severe reactions such as acute vomiting, fainting and seizures etc, which can effect their health for days to weeks after being exposed.
